Organiser or the first Castle Artisan Market were blown away by the e-mails and messages from those who opened to coincide with the first Castle Artisan Market on Sunday, 18th October. Based in May Bank themselves they truly care about our town and community, so the support is truly appreciated. The vast majority of feedback from the public has been overwhelmingly supportive and we are hoping that if we can keep putting the relevant safety measures in place and keep the momentum going, it will continue to raise the profile of Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre.
With this in mind we would love to try and incorporate more businesses in with our social media promotion. Initial thoughts (although this is subject to change based the response) is a hand-drawn map of the town centre highlighting independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries that will be open on the same date as the market on the 3rd Sunday of each month. This will be free of charge to businesses.
If you would like to be included, please let them know by a message to @castleartisanmarket Facebook page or by e-mail to info@punxpuds.co.uk. Please include your business name, address and if possible, an image of the outside of your shop/logo as soon as possible, ideally before 31st October.
It goes without saying that these are uncertain times for us all, and things could change very quickly, but here are the dates for the market are planned as follows:

Sunday 21 March
It may take some time to get the map prepared for the November market but we will try our best!
